Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, including:
- Unused or only lightly handled
- Free from significant wear, damage, or alteration
- Returned with original tags, packaging, and included accessories where applicable
Returns may be accepted for both:
- Change of mind (buyer's remorse)
- Defective or damaged items
All return requests are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance items
- Final sale items
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards, if applicable

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team within the return period.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please note that YILENA does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind or non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping charges are based on the actual shipping cost charged by the selected carrier.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered after review and approval by our support team.
Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 1–4 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, including PayPal or other approved payment methods.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
YILENA does not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
We support exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, style, or replacement item, please contact our customer support team before returning the original item.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
Lost or Damaged Return Packages
If a return package is lost or damaged during transit back to us, please contact the shipping carrier directly and retain all relevant shipping documentation.
We may request supporting information, including:
- Tracking number
- Shipping receipt
- Photos of damaged packaging (if applicable)
We will work with you in good faith to review the situation and determine appropriate next steps.
