Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, YILENA ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes approximately:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal demand, and other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Orders from $0.00 to $99.99: $8.00 Standard Shipping

Orders of $100.00 or more: Free Standard Shipping

No additional handling or processing fees will be charged.


Carriers and Tracking

Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your package has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers may also view available tracking information through their account when applicable.

Please allow carrier systems sufficient time to update tracking information after shipment.


Restricted Areas

We currently ship only to addresses located within the United States.

We do not ship to international destinations at this time.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframes above, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High seasonal shipping volumes
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Supply chain interruptions

If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updates using the contact information associated with your order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

To help us investigate and assist you promptly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any visible damage (if applicable)

YILENA does not currently offer:

  • In-store pickup
  • Local delivery services
  • Scheduled delivery appointments

All eligible orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided during checkout.
